NEARLY ME 395™ Extra Light Weight Breast Form

The NEARLY ME 395™ Extra Light Weight Silicone Breast Form is designed to fit women who have had more modified breast surgery, need less fill on the sides and require an extra light weight silicone form. The form style is a shallower symmetrical triangle that will fit on either side of the body, has a longer tapered upper wing and blends with the upper breast area for a smooth uninterrupted line. The NEARLY ME 395™ is made of very soft super lightweight "whipped" silicone that is 35% lighter in weight than standard silicone. Each form is encapsulated in a new more matte finish outer film.

This style is available in 12 sizes fitting 32A through 54A. All forms have a two year warranty against manufacturing defects. Each form comes with an optional cloth cover.
