Our unique “whipped silicone” symmetrical forms come in five styles to fit all types of surgeries. The “whipped” or “lite” formulation is 20-25% lighter than the standard silicone forms. This gel formula is so soft and different than standard silicone gel that each form has a unique feel and natural drape that closely matches mature breast tissue. Each form is encapsulated in a thin resilient film to help maintain its suppleness. All styles conform to either side of the body for ease in fitting, have contoured or concave backs that help shape the form to the body for a smooth uninterrupted appearance and have a small nipple protrusion for a natural look. #265 FULL TRIANGLE
A full triangle shape with a greater profile to match a rounder, fuller figure. This style has a short full top wing that allows the form to sit lower on the chest and still lie flat against the body. Available in sizes 1-10.
#245 FULL OVAL
A projected, broader oval shape with full single wing design. This style fits the more rounded breast of a full figure where more projection is needed in the front with a shorter yet fuller and wider wing on the side. This type of wing gives greater fill under the arm or high up on the chest wall. Oval forms can be turned in a variety of directions for best fit Available in sizes 1-10
#785 TAPERED TRIANGLE
Our newest “LITE” form. This unique triangle style has a thinner tapered upper wing that fits flush against the body for a very natural appearance. This form is fuller on the bottom with the nipple apex set lower than on the modified triangle. It has a tapered profile and is not as rounded as the full triangle yet not as shallow as the modified triangle. A very universal style. Available in sizes 1-10.
#765 MODIFIED TRIANGLE
A modified triangle shape has a shallower profile than the fuller triangle forms. This form is recommended when more natural tissue has been left after surgery. The nipple profile is slightly higher than on the fuller forms to match the natural breast from the more modified surgeries. Available in sizes 1-12.
#775 TAPERED OVAL
This tapered oval design has a longer yet thinner wing that gives only minor fill under the arm or up on the chest wall. Has a more shallow profile and is especially designed for women who need less fill under the arm. Each form can be turned in a variety of directions for best fit. Available in sizes 1-10.
