	SOFT TOUCH^®Forms

The SOFT TOUCH® line comes in three styles; an asymmetrical that fits only the right or left side of the body, and two symmetrical forms, a modified oval and triangle. Each has a concave back to fit against more remaining breast tissue to give a smooth contour in a bra. Each form is also shallower in front to reduce projection and has a slightly raised nipple. These forms are made of a very soft gel and have a more draping appearance. A cloth cover comes with each form. See fitting chart for suggested sizes.


	#730 MODIFIED CLASSIC Asymmetrical form fits only the right or left side of the body for a more precision fit. The back is partially scooped out to reduce the weight yet designed to remain upright in a bra. The back is contoured to fit snugly against the chest wall. Available in sizes 1-10 rights and lefts.

#760 MODIFIED TRIANGLE Symmetrical, triangular shape has a shallower front with natural drape to match a more pendulous breast. The curved contoured back fits smoothly against the chest wall for a natural feel. Available in sizes 1-10.

		#770 TAPERED OVAL Symmetrical oval with a thinner, tapered wing and shallower profile. Especially designed for women who need less fill under the arm. The shape allows the form to be turned in a variety of directions for best fit. Available in sizes 1-10.


	NEARLY ME BASIC^®Forms


	#860 MODIFIED TRIANGLE #870 TAPERED OVAL

		An economical alternative for many women who have had modified surgeries. These symmetrical silicone forms have a more durable outer skin that comes in two styles, a tapered oval design with a thinner single wing that lays close to the body and a shallow triangle shape that conforms to the body for a contoured fit across the chest. Available in beige and soft sable. A cloth cover comes with each form. See fitting chart for suggested sizes.


	SO SOFT^®Forms

The SO SOFT® line is available in four distinctive styles that fit the shape of the chest after a variety of surgeries. They are recommended for modified radicals and radicals or for women who need more fill on the front of the chest wall. All forms are 100% firmer silicone in a thin flexible film that mimics the feel of younger or more dense breast tissue. The contoured back of each form gives a snug, comfortable fit and holds its shape in the cup of the bra. An optional cover comes with each form except the equalizer. #650 EQUALIZER A thin, triangular shell that fits over remaining tissue to fill out the breast. Unlike other shells, these forms are thicker in the middle and taper to a thin edge on the sides. This design makes them fit flush to the body for a smooth uninterrupted fit. Available in 8 sizes.

		#230 FULL CLASSIC Unique, asymmetrical shape with a shorter, curved side wing and contoured back to allow the form to hug the chest without adding extra fullness under the arm. Available in 27 bra sizes 30A-42DD for the right or left side.

	#260 FULL TRIANGLE Full triangular shape gives fullness lower on the chest to match the more pendulous breast. Also available in Soft Sable color. Available in sizes 1-10.

#240 FULL OVAL Symmetrical, full oval with short, thicker single wing design. Fits the more rounded breast of a full figure where more projection is needed in the front with a shorter yet fuller wing on the side for fill under the arm or up on the chest wall. Each form can be turned in a variety of directions for best fit. Available in size 1-10.
